All members of the team will complete each leg of the relay one at a time. Starting with swimming, all four will each complete their swimming one at a time, then they will all go on to do their cycling one at a time and then finish with their run one at a time. They will cross the finish line together.
If there are 4 members, they will compete each leg once. If there are more or less, they may have to do one more leg or one less leg depending on their numbers.
Start times are sent via email 4 weeks before the event date.
Please arrive 1 hour before the start time for registration, to collect your race pack and put your bike in the bike pen.
Make sure you are outside the pool area 20 minutes before your start time.
